On Wednesday 4th December members of the Royal Ulster Agricultural Society’s Horticulture Committee presented two cheques, each for £1350, to Alzheimer’s Research UK and Parkinsons UK in Northern Ireland.
The money was raised from sales of vegetable transplants at this year’s Balmoral Show which were kindly donated by the Gabbie Family from John Gabbie & Sons in Comber.
