In 2012 we bid farewell to our first permanent premises in Belfast. The King’s Hall was home to the Society for over 75 years and hosted hundreds of thousands of visitors, not to mention special guests, sporting events and exceptional exhibitions. 

An exciting era for the Society began in the years that followed as our new premises at the Eikon Exhibition Centre in Lisburn became the home of the Balmoral Show and much more. This 65-acre site is Northern Ireland’s largest events campus and features over 10,000sqm of adaptable indoor events space.

Located just 10 minutes from Belfast and two miles from the M2, it is unsurprising that the Society’s current premises has endless possibilities for event organisers and an exciting future ahead.
